We collect your email address when you sign up. We collect website URLs you ask us to monitor. During scans, we collect the URLs found inside your PDFs and their HTTP status codes.
We use your data solely to provide the DocLinkWatch service: running scans, sending reports and displaying results in your dashboard. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
When we scan your site, we fetch publicly accessible pages and PDFs. We store the URLs and link check results to track changes over time. We do not store the content of your PDFs beyond what is needed for link extraction.
We use Stripe for payment processing and Resend for email delivery. These providers processing your data are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not otherwise share your data.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. All data in transit is encrypted. Database access is restricted and authenticated. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable precautions.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all associated scan data is removed.
We use a minimal session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you via email of any material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
