You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
DocLinkWatch monitors websites for broken hyperlinks inside PDF documents. We crawl your site, discover PDFs, extract links, validate them and send you reports. The service runs weekly automated scans and provides a dashboard for issue triage.
The Pro plan is billed monthly at the rate displayed on our pricing page. Payment is processed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No partial-month refunds are provided.
You may only use DocLinkWatch to monitor websites you own or have explicit permission to scan. You must not use the service to overload or harm any third-party servers. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We collect and store only the data necessary to provide the service: your email, site URLs, scan results and issue data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
DocLinkWatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including missed broken links or downtime.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
